At The Singing Bowl Gallery, we offer sound therapy practitioner courses, guided healing and meditation sessions and singing bowl retail at both our outlet in Central Singapore and at corporate or private events. Our singing bowls are handcrafted in Nepal by metal artisans, and made with seven metals. When struck or rubbed, different metals vibrate at different frequencies, hence producing complex singing tones and natural harmonics. These sounds, frequencies and vibrations influence our bodies and minds through resonance. Playing the singing bowl itself is a type of mindfulness meditation in itself, promoting inner peace and clarity. Larger singing bowls, meanwhile, can be used to ease tension, stress and pain. Overall, the use of singing bowls is a quick and effective way to achieve peace and relaxation.
