The Source Group is a multi-channel, multi-division e-commerce organization. We operate in the B2B, B2C, and B2B2C spaces across four distinct product divisions. We use data and technology to drive customer-focused decisions. Our product development, product management, and procurement teams work cross-functionally with both domestic and international suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to deliver quality products at affordable prices. Our employee structure is representative of the borderless world of business. We employ 20% full-time, in-house team members and 80% contractor / external partners. We treat our external partners with the same love and respect that we do our internal employees. We're a family -- some of us just live halfway across the globe! From a business standpoint, our org structure allows us to remain nimble by giving us the flexibility to assemble the right team for every initiative.
