The only NAS recognised ATA operating across Gloucestershire, Bristol, Somerset, North Devon, Dorset & Wiltshire. We are dedicated to increasing the quantity & improving the quality of Apprenticeships in the region, giving Employers an opportunity to reap the benefits of local, home grown talent. We offer 3 packages, designed to take the hassle out of the process of recruiting and employing an apprentice. Hosting We arrange for your apprentice to be trained by a SWAC approved & OFSTED inspected training provider. Applicants are suitability screened for the role & eligibility for funding. Successful applicants are interviewed by us & shortlisted for you to interview & select your ideal candidate. We employ the apprentice on your behalf & pay them weekly though our apprentice payroll system. By employing the apprentice direct & placing them with you, we remove the Apprenticeship Employment law burden from you. We give you the freedom to evaluate your apprentice's progress & feedback to us if you would like a different candidate to be placed with you. The apprentice has a dedicated learner manager who supports their individual needs to help them reach their full potential. Recruitment Full recruitment service but we don't employ the apprentice or run payroll. Apprentice Support Support either just for the first 3 months while the apprentice settles into their role or throughout the framework to support their development & help you to manage their performance.
