The Spring Development Initiative (TSDI) is a registered 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization in the United States of America which supports positive social change through mentoring, capacity development and direct community engagement. We empower community leaders through capacity building, collaborative forums and funding support needed for taking action to change their communities for the better. We equip them with training and experiential skills in core areas like needs assessment, action planning, project management, evaluation, evidence-based tools and strategies for sustainability while providing the funding to actualize change.
