The Star Method is a boutique boxing and personal training studio located in Walnut Creek, California dedicated to bringing a breath of fresh air to the health and fitness industry. Being a privately owned studio the amount of attention each client receives is unmatched, and that is one major factor that separates The Star Method from the rest of the pack.We've developed new age workouts that combine athletic skills and proper boxing technique training you wont find anywhere else! We pride ourselves in the fact our youngest clients are 5 years old and we also have 70+ year old clients, which tells you this is a sustainable regimen suited for anyone and everyone. Each training session grows your physical and mental from the time you step through the door until the time you leave. Our personal trainers set the bar high for how training sessions should push you and motivate you at the same time. Small group classes: Each Signature boxing class is a combination of athletic circuit training for 30 minutes and 30 minutes of boxing technique! We warm up with body weight exercises, and then get right into the circuit for the day, which is always athletic drills you would see professional athletes doing to get ready for competitions! After the circuit our coaches will break down a few basic boxing techniques to practice in class, and from there we group up with a partner and work on the techniques!Personal training: One on one boxing is the best place to start if you are serious about getting in shape and learning how defend yourself. Besides learning how to defend yourself, the confidence gained through boxing is the next level you need in order to feel the best you have ever felt in your life!
