The Star Room is a sensory neutral environment using revolutionary building methods that holistically address an entire space, creating the most optimal environment to manage sensory overload. By eliminating sensory over-stimulation, The Star Room is proactive in its approach to managing sensory-overload. This magical space provides a calming and therapeutic place to de-escalate, regroup, then emerge feeling renewed and ready to return to regular classroom activities. Backed by 45 years of scientific research, each of our rooms come complete with a user manual plus training and support by our autism experts. Training will be offered to the students with autism, parents, teachers and aids. We found that working together as a collaborative team makes the most positive difference in the child's experience at school and in home.
