After running successful individual consulting practices and building upon our cumulative 30+ years of experience in nonprofit management, Molly Akin and Magali Maïza launched The Strategy Collaborative in 2020. We offer strategic planning and consulting with a unique toolbox centered on human empathy. Our approach is underpinned by methodologies including design thinking, continuous improvement, and organizational behavior that put human empathy front and center. We invite the end-user to participate at all points of a project, actively inviting those who are going to be served to co-create solutions from the onset.
