The Success Institute for Human Development (SIHD) is a leading development centre. We deliver innovative solutions in the fields of entrepreneurship and civic education. We have two core strategic focus areas;1. Entrepreneurship and Job Creation; we contribute to the reduction of youth irregular economic migration and radicalisation by improving the skills of young people through entrepreneurship education so they can start their own business, or help existing enterprises with technical knowledge and skills to grow and expand so that new working places will be created for youth.2. Civic education and responsibility; we aim to empower, guide and equip youth with necessary life skills to help create a better future for themselves and for their communities through innovative programs that inspire leadership, build confidence in their power to achieve and mobilize the youth voice to influence policy.
