The Suicide Prevention Project's mission is to increase awareness of suicide and teach individuals how to identify the warning signs and learn the techniques to prevent suicide. We offer training in QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer), which teaches individuals how to recognize the warning signs of someone who may be considering suicide and gives them the tools needed to intervene before it's too late. We educate you on how to reduce access to lethal means, which can prevent a suicide attempt. The company offers workshops for businesses, families, parent groups, and individuals. The project is launching a 12-week program in January 2022 to help individuals learn mental strength strategies to eliminate stress, anxiety, and depression in their lives.
