Our purpose is to discover, invent and share practices and methods by which people can work and live with greater authenticity, integrity, spirit and competency. Our mission is to create cultures that nourish the best human capabilities.At the Summit Discovery institute we recognize the pressing need to develop the next generation of leaders, leaders who have the capacity to bring change, innovation and sustainable practices to the organizations and communities where they work and live. We are committed to helping organizations and the people who work in them master the challenges brought on by a rapidly changing, complex global environment.Our work consists of four practices to fulfilling our mission:• Education to promote learning and development, primarily through the application of science to leadership and organizational effectiveness.• Research to understand and find solutions to the most urgent and important challenges and problems organizations are facing today and in the future.• Service to assist charitable and disadvantaged organizations and leaders with the provision of our ideas, concepts, models, tools, and products to benefit the common good. • Advocacy to be the voice for change within organizations, communities, and policy-making entities for bringing greater awareness to pressing organizational issues including those involving sustainability, innovation and integrity.
