The Sure Foundation Details
The Sure Foundation supports a team which has built and is now operating an Orphanage for children in Utange, Kenya. The Foundation, founded in 1997, has made grants of some £150,000 to support volunteers with Youth for Christ, students on Christian mission, missionary work with YWAM in Russia, Christian lawyers giving time to work overseas, ex-drug addicts and offenders in vocational training for a new start, plus other charities with similar aims such as Alpha in Prisons, Mercy Ships and Relief of Poverty Everywhere (ROPE). The endowed funds are almost exhausted and we regret that, as at July 2010, we have no further funds available to make grants ohter than for the orphanage project.
