Can profit and sustainability co-exist?Green businesses from across the world are proving that they can, in fact, co-exist. These are brands with environmental and social concerns at their heart. They're reimagining the way we can produce and consume, in a way that has minimal to zero negative impacts on the environment.The Sustainable Brands Journal's first edition will share the stories of 51 such businesses from across the world. These stories will focus on the chosen brands' motivations, trigger points, and hiccups faced in their journey towards building a sustainable business. We don't just want to give them center stage, but also initiate important conversations, and inspire future generations to embrace environmental sustainability in all that they do.We believe that ultimately, while sustainability at the personal level is important, it's high time changes occur at the macro level.
