Until now, The Sustainable Switch has solely acted as a free educational platform that focused on topics that fell under the 3 Pillars of Sustainability - Environment, Social, and Economics. At present, The Sustainable Switch is in the process of becoming a new consulting firm based in Toronto, Ontario, with a continued focus on the 3 Pillars. Our firm will be offering services aiding small- to medium-sized businesses, local government and not-for-profit organizations to plan and implement sustainability initiatives (e.g., events, campaigns, various analyses and reports, establishment of guidelines or policies). The Sustainable Switch website will still host the same, free education platform, with a few changes. The content will now be edited and overseen by Owner, Saige Friedman, to ensure top quality, on-brand content. She will continue to publish pieces when she can, and the rest of the content will be curated by a number of Toronto post-secondary students who share Saige's passion for sustainability.
