The Historic Tanglewood Club, in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, is located less than 15 minutes from I-271 and Chagrin Blvd, and is just outside of Cleveland. Our public championship golf course is one of the best in Northeast Ohio, having hosted PGA TOUR and LPGA events. We recently completed a $1-million renovation project that included substantial course improvements, remodeled banquet facilities and an entire fleet of new electric golf carts. The course will test serious players with strategically-placed bunkers, expansive lakes and tree-lined fairways. But with multiple tees ranging from 5,100 yards to a challenging 7,050 yards, the course also allows casual players to relax and learn the game. It was one of the first in the United States designed to include lady's tees, and it remains a challenging, but family friendly layout to this day. The club is open to the public seven days a week to become one of the best golf values in Northeast Ohio. With newly decorated banquet facilities and a Grand Ballroom that overlooks our championship golf course and a wooded surrounding, The Historic Tanglewood Club is an ideal location for a wide variety of special events. We offer personalized, chef-inspired menus and complete event consultation with our own onsite Event Designer/Coordinator. The Ballroom accommodates 200 guests, and The West Room, also with commanding views of the course, will host up to 60 guests. The Pavilion Room can be used as a pre-function room for cocktails before the party.
