Located in beautiful New Wilmington, The Tavern is one of Pennsylvania's finest and oldest dining establishments. Built in 1849, the Tavern on the Square is rich in history and was once part of the Underground Railroad. Enjoy homemade Chicken and Biscuits, Ham Loaf, Pot Roast, Battered Cod, Gourmet Burgers, 28-Day Aged Steaks, Ribeye Steaks, Grilled Salmon. homemade soups, specialty salads, sandwiches, and more. With our country style portions, you'll never leave hungry.All of our desserts are fresh baked and homemade.
