the thicky chicky is an online clothing boutique which caters to the curvy woman. Founded in 2013, the thicky chicky believes in cultivating the confidence and inner beauty of the curvy woman through fashion. The tag line for our brand is "dope clothes for thick chicks" and aptly captures what we at the thicky chicky hope to achieve: providing unique and on-trend pieces for our customers. the thicky chicky consists of three retail components: specially curated vintage clothing, clothing from select manufacturers, and lastly, a small capsule collection designed by owner Izzy Lopes.Philanthropy is an integral component of our mission and vision. As a public health social worker, owner Izzy Lopes has worked for many years to improve the health and quality of life of vulnerable populations. As a result, we seek to partner with non-profits that are doing amazing things in the community community because, to us, giving back is pretty dope.
