Our approach to the UK's housing crisis, where we see Compact Homes as a genuine, affordable solution for people that are looking to get on the housing ladder or to downsize and live more minimally. - We follow a passive-house approach, focusing on high-quality build materials, timber frame & CLT construction, MVHR, thick insulated walls and super-energy efficient build practices minimising waste.- We can provide rapidly deployable homes to areas of need, for social housing, temporary accommodation or even in the holiday sector.- Our A-rated EPC homes, are built using MMC in a modular factory, which can be on-site in as little as 4 weeks, with a 'plug & play' approach- All our homes & any bespoke offering will be solar-ready, with optimal solar usage and battery storage to reduce energy bills for owners considerably- Triple Glazing is used in the windows & doors as standard, with uPVC & Aluminium options available- We aim to build carbon-neutral homes for the people
