The TomorrowTogether Foundation has been formed to take action and 𝐃𝐎 𝐆𝐎𝐎𝐃. As a not-for-profit foundation it has been created with the dignity of all South Africans in mind. The Foundation undertakes projects aligned with this purpose. Its first project is to create a Private Markets' "Employment Ecosystem" to help develop the private markets' investment industry and find work for those who are currently employed.𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐎𝐧𝐞 - 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬' 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 – supported by 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐒𝐀𝐕𝐂𝐀)TomorrowTogether has sourced a talent pool of currently unemployed candidates. These candidates are matched to 9 skills categories considered necessary for a private markets' investment business. The pool consists of a mix of individuals who have some level of work experience, and graduates who have had little to no experience. They are all degreed and will be undergoing a skills development and mentorship programme to help develop their private market investments specific skills (facilitated by the Foundation).
