Technical writer and editor, instructor, curriculum developer and instructional designer who enjoys transforming complex information into effective, creative, engaging and accessible products. Experience in designing instructor-led training and interactive training using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) to ensure projects meet customer requirements and deadlines.Will interface with clients, stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts and learning management support teams to understand project scope and develop content.Ready to develop and/or edit PowerPoint presentations, interactive online training, Human Resources related training, training activities, storyboards, instructor and facilitator guides, job aids, on-the-job training materials, quizzes/tests, and knowledge checks.
