The Training Lab is a place where clients stop exercising and start training. Our signature Class is a full body, 55 minutes heart-pumping session that maxes out at 12 clients. The workout blends a combination of calisthenics, TRX, Kettle bells, rowers, running and old fashioned hard work. Individual training plans blend personal training with HIIT group classes, strength training, race preparation and yoga.
