The-Training-Wing was founded in 2011 after the management team identified a deficiency for first class training services in the local area.Today there are many training companies across the UK that offer a variety of courses from Security, Health & Safety, First Aid and other disciplines. Most of these companies use highly qualified training staff and instructors but more often than not, the teachers and trainers lack one key ingredient, experience!Here at The-Training-Wing we ensure that we not only deliver excellence in all aspects of our training services but we also make a commitment to only employing the best. We recruit our training staff based on their experience, qualifications and desire to develop our students. It is these principles that has enabled us to grow rapidly yet still offering a professional and affordable services that can be always tailored to the needs of our respective students and clients alike.We recruit from a variety of sectors including the military, police, health care sectors and medical professionals. All our instructors go through a strict vetting and background check before delivering any training services for our clients. As well as ensuring our students have a positive unmatchable learning experience we also believe in developing our staff to ensure their knowledge and teaching skills always exceed your expectations.
