We are a womens network operating from Lagos Nigeria, working to cultivate resilient and economically empowered women who thrive at home, work and in business.We are on a mission to break-down the culture of Silent Endurance which is crippling many women and stopping them from speaking out and seeking the helo they need to grow and heal from adversity.We organise trade fairs and business and professional trainings through out the year.We have a blog with lots of resources on building resilience, a podcast called #TheResilientWomanPodcast, an online business directory and a budding Instagram community @the.ummfariha.network
