The Vault Gym is one of the largest personal training-only facilities in the country with a gym space of over 4000 square feet, staffed by some of the industry's leading fitness professionals.We charge no membership fees, and the only fee you pay is for the time you spend with your trainer.We do not allow the gym to be used by non-clients, so you can enjoy a focused uninterrupted training session.We will take care of every aspect of your health and fitness lifestyle, designing you a bespoke fitness program that will enable our trainers to push you well beyond your own expectations and help you achieve your fitness goals.We will assess your diet for optimum weight loss or performance and correct any postural imbalances. We can rehabilitate form injury through our in-house clinicians and have a highly regarded referral scheme to many of the world's leading physiotherapists and doctors.We also provide a holistic approach to fitness though our specialised yoga and pilates instructors and we are one of the few gyms to offer a private studio for one-to-one practice.We also offer a home training service. This sees us send a trainer/yoga/pilates instructor or masseuse direct to your home or locationWhether it's your first step into fitness or you're being coached to perform at your best, it can be a challenging and demanding journey and we are here to help every step of the way.
