Like a grapevine, The VINE will connect clusters of innovation resources, making it easier for innovators and entrepreneurs to identify and access the resources they need.The VINE is engaging the community of innovation centers, and entrepreneurial support organizations, through which entrepreneurs will gain access to VINE resources. The VINE is being deployed in collaboration between AgStart and the University of California Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources, with sponsorship from the U.S. Economic Development Administration.
