The War Room Associates (WRA), is a source for leadership and guidance for anyone interested in anticipating the future. We help individuals, organizations and governments anticipate and prepare for radical uncertainties using scenario planning, foresight models and in-depth research. WRA achieves this by scanning the environment and anticipating changes in the political and economic environment, from the relatively harmless to potential major crisis. We utilize foresight tools which enable us systematically engage uncertainty. We also leverage our partnership in Southern and Eastern Africa to conduct data-driven analysis.Policy-makers and business leaders often face decision-making under conditions of deep uncertainty, decisions have to be made even when the future outcomes are uncertain, our responsibility is to provide them with clear enough alternative futures so as to improve their decision making today.
