Established in 2020 during the height of the Covid pandemic, The Waterfront is an exciting new Restaurant & Bar specialising fresh, seasonal and local ingredients, run by a team of up to 70 local staff. Located on the Hythe seafront, the restaurant previously known as Hythe Bay has been through an extensive refurbishment to bring both the warmth and character back to the restaurant and now includes an outside takeaway shack which will become a Champagne and Oyster bar in summer 2022.Whether you are dining inside taking in the stunning sea views, sitting out on the sun terrace, or enjoying a family Sunday roast, the Waterfront provides the ultimate fine-dining experience.
