The Waxhaw Inn: Built-in the heart of Waxhaw, the 4-star hotel will have a capacity for 36 guest rooms and will include common areas and a rooftop food and beverage outlet for guests and visitors. The Waxhaw Inn will also include a ground-floor meeting room, which will be the first of its kind in Waxhaw. AvroKO will be responsible for all of the hotel's design development, contracts and documentation creation, and construction administration/support. The firm has estimated a 76-week timeline. Over the course of 6 months. Brand Bureau will work with Arabella through 4 stages: brand development, brand execution, F&B strategy, & identity development.
