As it's history suggests, The John O'Daniel Exchange has been able to adapt and grow to meet the changing needs of the community in North East Central Durham. Whether it's purpose has been to provide minority jobs, empower women for economic independence, or house non-profits working to make a difference, The Exchange is a place of hope and opportunity for our community.Today, the Exchange is home to many small businesses and non-profits at 801 Gilbert Street. Providing affordable office space as well as accessible event space has been a key part of Wendy Clark's vision for building community in Durham. Cultivating entrepreneurship and healthy relationships will continue to be a part of the rich history of the John O'Daniel Exchange. We are thrilled to use our large event space for weddings and corporate to serve our community in a new way!
