In early 2009, we set upon a mission to create an affordable way to offer someone a fresh high quality sandwich experience. We felt there was a sea of similarity and mediocrity when it came to quick sandwich options. Although there are many methods of cooking meat for a sandwich, we felt roasting was best suited for us. Roasting holds in moisture and flavor, has no added fat, and is the fastest way to provide a 'fresh made per order' sandwich.\\We knew that 'made per order' and 'fresh' were our standard, so our salads are of course 'made per order and fresh', and our soups, cookies and brownies are made fresh each day in our kitchen. \\We opened in March 2010. We have broadened our scope to include catering and delivery. Not being the easily satisfied types, we have set new goals and standards. On the culinary front, pastries for lunch and breakfast as well as gourmet hot dogs are coming soon. On the community front, our goal is to be a civic minded neighbor and supporter of the downtown Cincinnati scene, as well as the business community.\\Stop by today!
