After a decade working in house on events and programs, Melissa Loerch launched The Yellow Brick Project that would allow her to work with clients across multiple disciplines; focusing on programs where she could help grow events in a collaborative relationship with the client. Overview: TYBP works on both the production and operations side of the business. Supporting clients by being a strategic partner, always focused on the big picture while never losing site of the details. Partnering with clients to build an attendee experience based on their overall goals/messaging for the program while managing the myriad of deliverables that must be met to execute a memorable event that meets expectations and ROI. Specialties: • General Session/Breakouts: Production, messaging and creative development • Operations Lead: Develop and drive timelines, manage vendor teams • Budget Development: Create and manage overall program budget including registration and sponsor revenue forecasting, development of registration pricing and sponsor revenue opportunities• Graphics Manager: Partner with presenters and graphic design to develop presentations • User Conferences, Sales Kick-off's, Product Launches
