Therapha is a patient facing clinical decision support system for Spine triage in a machine learning model. The tool utilizes a series of empathetically drafted clinically relevant questions to emulate a thorough one-on-one interaction between a patient and a Spine expert. The chatbot simulates the incident that led to seek care, enabling the patient to draw a ‘digital twin' with their true complaints and concerns. Since the digital twin represents the patients themselves, Therapha's knowledge repository identifies the best possible match and presents the inference to the treating clinician even before their in-person visit. Using the power of machine learning, Therapha detects hidden patterns and effectively performs a differential diagnosis, triages spine pathologies and automates the subjective portion of clinical documentation in a narrative format.
