We offer programs to restore balance, movement, flexibility strength, and manage pain:• Neuro Rehab to improve walking, talking, thinking, swallowing, arm & hand function, balance and reduce risk of fall after conditions such as Stroke, Brain Injury, Parkinson's Disease, and Multiple Sclerosis, Neuropathy, Vertigo, Concussion and Meniere's Disease.• Orthopedic Rehab to improve walking, arm and hand function, return to work and sports after conditions such as Rotator Cuff Injury, Knee Injury, Joint Replacement, Lower or Upper Limb Amputation and Fibromyalgia• Cancer Rehab to manage swelling, breathing, voicing, swallow function, neuropathy, pain, scar tissue and weakness that results from treatment of cancer.• Lymphedema Therapy to treat swelling, pain, loss of movement and assist with wound care management from lymphedema, edema, and trauma.• Driving Rehab: to assess safety for driving after conditions such as Stroke, Brain Injury, Parkinson's Disease, Dementia or Alzheimer's Disease and to train to drive with hand controls or other adaptive equipment needs after conditions such as Spinal Cord Injury, Amputation, Neuropathy.By providing a comprehensive team approach, we are able to customize your treatment plan to meet your specific and unique needs.
