Thesis Details
Thesis is a digital agency in Portland, OR. We are hell-bent on humanizing any shape of digital. We seek to redefine full-service by joining data, diverse perspectives, technology, and creative spirit to solve problems and work toward a better world. We cross our T’s and dot our I’s. Our name nods to our comprehensive process. We do the research and collect the data. We solve our partners’ problems with thoughtful, creative, and technical solutions. We bring a fully human touch to our always-digital work. Our service is solving. We do strategy: Rigorous research and analysis to inspire data-driven dot connecting. We do creative: Sharp writing and delightful design that land with impact. We do technology: Development services and technology solutions without the tech debt. We do operations: Organizational advocates, medics, and stewards of success stories. We aim to do well. And we aim to do good. Thesis is a certified B Corp™. Since 2015, we have prioritized diversity and equity in our business decisions. Internally, it’s reflected in our recruiting processes, inclusive culture, DEI team, and wage equity plan. Externally, it shows up in our work to strengthen our community and get closer to sustainability. B Corporations meet the highest verified standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Our B Corp™ certification recognizes our daily work as a force for inclusive and sustainable change. And we’re proud to leverage the power of our business to solve social and environmental problems.
