Our mission is "To pioneer innovation and creativity in your organization in the spirit of the new frontier, organizing agile T-Expeditions in co-partnership with you "Our approach is a fast, agile co-partnership which in 100 days allows to reach results through:- A Design workshop/ track to identify possible opportunities for innovation and creativity- A Set-up workshop to identify a specific area for a pilot project, the T-Expedition team, the methodologies, the training and development needs, the timing, etc.- A Competitive design track which is the actual deployment of the T-Expedition within an agile and scrum logics aiming to identify at least two prototypes to be tested;- A Launch pad platform to re-implant and diffuse the actual solution We employ co-design and agile co-partnership, with the constant support of senior consultants and experts joining our T-Expeditions- T-Expeditions are our projects- T-Expeditions open and individuals can apply- Some T-Expeditions require non ordinary skills that we recruit outside the boundaries of ThickLayers- T-Expeditions render ThickLayers a Vital organization where biological thinking is a shared mindset
