Manufacturer of high quality sputtered thin film coatings for Flat Panel Displays, such as OLED, TFT, LCoS, MEMs, and others. These coatings include ITO, IZO, AZO, IMITO™ (Index Matched ITO), LTITO™ (Low Temp ITO), Black Chrome (matrix), and Metalizations (Cr, Ti, Ni, Pd, Au, Pt, Al, Mo, etc). High Performance filters like Hot/Cold Mirrors, EMI Shields, Heaters, Touch Screens and others are fabricated in Class 1000.Additional processes: Etching/Patterning (to 2um features) of multilayered coatings, Lamination and Ruggedization of Avionic displays, with Heaters and EMI shields are routinely fabricated to support the various display products.Project support includes: Design, process & product development, glass supply, glass cutting and shaping. All are performed internally. TFD production capability is presently several million sf/yr both in US, Taiwan and China.
