Generally speaking, when designing and developing our simulations, inductions or productions, we follow an extensive four step process.1. Analyse; to better understand the pain points and to get a deep understanding on the objectives and measurable outcomes that are required from the project. This also formulates the basis on which immersive technology mix would be the best suited and cost efficient (ie, Virtual, Augmented or Mixed reality hardware / software)2. Design; once we have outlined the scope and mandatory objectives, we then move into the Design and Develop stage. This includes everything from outlining the visual aspects, developing any scripting, and the ‘look and feel' of the entire project. This is also often referred to story-boarding and design guidelines. 3. Develop; The project is now brought to life, with 3D model development, animation, filming, visual effects, and everything else that was outlined in the planning stages. Logistics for delivery are also carefully planned and a there are many opportunities for our clients and randomised/controlled focus groups to inspect and provide critical feedback on the work right through to delivery. 4. Deliver; We ensure that nothing leaves our office unless we are happy to call it our own. During this process, we encourage our clients to meticulously interact and experience all the features and functions of our work - including allowing additional focus groups to provide general, or detailed feedback. Where appropriate, we will provide detailed documentation manuals, including onsite and or remote training, with associated asset tagging and hardware information logging.
