Think.Eat.Drink (T.E.D) was established in 2009 and is a creative hospitality consultancy providing independent practical solutions and guidance. We have founded, created and managed some of the most forward thinking food and drink concepts out there.Our portfolio of experience is immensely varied, from setting up and owning our very own restaurant in King's Cross, partnering with The Prince of Wales' charity ‘Start UK' to consultancy for the London Legacy Development Corporation where we were contracted to help deliver the food/drink strategy and vision for the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for after the London 2012 games.Our approach is to create and develop different catering concepts and operational uniqueness that are inspiring, exciting, realistic and deliverable. They provide value and excellence in delivering to customers whilst optimising the financial potential and return for clients.Advice and support are offered on many different levels; ranging from concept creation, benchmarking, design, market analysis, business plans, commerciality/revenue streams, right the way through to liaising with architects/designers and the finished delivery. We also have many years of operational and practical day-to-day management experience amongst the team. We are value-led company that builds on a strong commitment to sustainable development and a dedication to operating vibrant, viable food and drink venues with minimal environmental impact.
