Our main focus is offering a managed service for learning and development in an organisation's environment. We facilitate development via a physical environment designed and equipped for effective learning to take place, and through our technology which includes e-learning. Subject matter experts provide training. The Thinking Crystal centre plays an advisory role to develop your Organisation's Human Resource Development strategy and systems. This includes integration into the Organisations BBBEE Plan, Skills Development, Workplace Skills Plan, and Employment Equity. From corporates, communities, to individuals.
