ThinkRock Consultants was set up in 2017 by Shridhar Panshikar to help small and mid sized companies in the FMCG domain set-up, enhance ,accelerate or transform the sales function to effectively compete today.ThinkRock has served clients with leading brands across categories such as Ready-To-Eat/Cook foods, Beverages ( Packaged & Alcoholic), Frozen Desserts, Sauces & Condiments.The Team Shridhar Panshikar : Founder Director Shridhar comes with over 30 years of FMCG . He was previously the CEO of Elite Foods . He headed the sales functions at Britannia and Emami. He comes with diverse category and industry experience having worked in multiple companies.Shridhar loves to travel and has a passion for indian classical music.Aravind Thippanaik : Partner Aravind comes with over 17 years of FMCG . He has worked with McKinsey and Company as a Senior Expert , Consumer Sales and Marketing. He has led consulting projects as an expert across food and non-food categories like packaged snacks & beverages, QSR , Personal care , beauty & OTC.His earlier industry experience at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Ltd. included spearheading roles in Brand management, Shopper marketing, Customer Marketing, Key Account Management , GT sales) across India , Singapore and Malaysia.Aravind is a part-time ceramic sculptor . Travel and movies are his other passions.
