This Choir Rocks offers people an opportunity to have fun, meet new people and sing in a relaxed atmosphere an array of popular, rock and Motown songs. There is no need for any previous singing experience and there are no auditions. Above all, we want to promote a group effort on changing people's lives by singing together in a choir once a week. We expect that many of our members have never sung in a choir or in public. With the support of singing leaders, members are given the skills and opportunity to perform at local events and venues. You can join us at either location: Cronulla - Monday evenings from 7:30pm-9:00pm. Cronulla Central, Croydon St, Bexley - Wednesday evenings from 7:30pm-9:00pm. Bexley Community Centre, 405 Bexley Road, Bexley. We sing songs from Van Morrison to Adele, from LRB to KC and the Sunshine Band in two to four part harmonies with backing tracks. That's right no classical choral music or music that lacks a groove - just the music we love to sing alone but now have an opportunity to sing and bring our voices together in a choir.
