Thistle Safety Consultancy provides the Greater Dublin area with professional Health and Safety consultancy, Testing and Training Services. Founded in May 2018 by Calum Hardie who has a background in construction since 1997 and has been involved in Environmental Health and Safety since 2010. The mission of Thistle Safety Consultancy is to help clients achieve a higher standard of Health and Safety, Environmental Compliance and Quality across their sites and premises. Thistle Safety Consultancy gives a tailored approach to all clients rather than a one size meets all. Thistle Safety Consultancy is involved in every aspect of Health and Safety within the construction industry, from overseeing Main Contractors Health and Safety to managing Sub-Contractors Health and Safety within their company, including annual Safety Statements, Method Statements and site visits to multiple sites to ensure that high standards are maintained. We also oversee the training, refresher training and upskilling of our clients employees which includes onsite delivery of various courses such as Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Working at Height, Display Screen Assessments and Portable Appliance Testing. While our main area of expertise is within the Construction Industry, our employees are highly trained in Environmental Health and Safety Management, which means we can manage Health and Safety across various industries.
