THL Credit Senior Loan Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company (the Fund). The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income and preservation of capital primarily through investments in the United States dollar-denominated senior secured corporate loans and notes (Senior Loans). Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its Managed Assets, defined as the total assets of the Fund (including any assets attributable to borrowings for investment purposes), minus the sum of the Fund's accrued liabilities, in collateralized, first lien corporate loans and notes. It invests in sectors, which include automotive; banking, finance, insurance and real estate; beverage, food and tobacco; capital goods; energy, oil and gas; healthcare and pharmaceuticals; hotel, gaming and leisure, and manufacturing. Four Wood Capital Advisors LLC serves as the Fund's investment advisor. THL Credit Advisors LLC serves as the Fund's sub-advisor.
