Nicki joined as a marketing consultant in order to expand Thoreau's client base to promote their presence in the janitorial market place. In 1991 Thoreau named Nicki Frank President. One year later, Thoreau became a National Corporation and three years following, Nicki Frank acquired a majority of the company and grew it to where it is today.
