ThorTech has developed a platform technology to decarbonize the chemical manufacturing industry by using electricity to drive chemical reactions that would otherwise require fossil fuel inputs. The class of chemical reaction that Thor is targeting is known as hydrogenation and is used in 20% of all chemical manufacturing processes. Our goal is to design, build, and sell electrically-driven hydrogenation reactors for industrial applications.
