Thousand Hills Company was founded by Jim Lea and Sheldon Grizzle in 2020 as a vehicle to create thoughtful residential, commercial, and mixed use developments in the Greater Chattanooga area. As of early 2021, the company is managing four residential and mixed use developments that will bring a projected $175,000,000 in investment to the region over the next seven years.
