The concept was simple: big flavors and high-quality ingredients, at the sort of place you'd leave satisfied and could afford to come again tomorrow. Three Forks is dedicated to working with local suppliers and ingredients, and owe thanks to Hey Bayles farm, Red Onion produce, and Sunrise Asian Market. 100% locally owned and 100% Eugene, Three Forks is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.
