This means that we are compensated only by our clients directly, and never through commissions, kickbacks, or revenue sharing agreements. In addition, Three Oaks has a legal obligation to act in a fiduciary capacity as a registered investment advisory firm. This means we must do what's in our clients' best interests at all times.
