Jenny (@GiroJenny) leads cycling projects.Three 9 Consulting provides Independent Cost Estimating (ICE) services to engineering firms, departments of transportation, and private companies across the US. Three 9 works with owner's and owner's representatives to assist in determining the reasonableness (or unreasonableness) of the bid or proposal being evaluated. By preparing Independent Cost Estimates using the same methods as general contractors, Three 9 Consulting provides the owner a stronger negotiating position on contracts, GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price), and change orders. Additional project services include establishing realistic budgets and schedules, and reviewing and assessing risks. Terry leads ICE and construction projects.
