Thresher Shark Indonesia by Yayasan Teman Laut Indonesia is a registered nonprofit under the Indonesian government, AHU-0019780.AH.01.04.Tahun 2020. Thresher Shark Indonesia was initiated in 2018 by Young Indonesian Conservationists to protect the declining and endangered thresher shark population in Indonesia. Our mission is to conserve thresher shark at Alor, East Nusa Tenggara, by providing policy recommendations through the studies of satellite tagging technology and underwater surveys.
