Project management consultance, specialising in taking project where the client requires a buyilding to be developed, adapted or extended to meet changes in their operating environment. Often a client may have aquired a property and requires the building to be refurbished and modified to suit the proposed new use. Threshold take the project from feasibility and mangage the design, specification and tendering process and then advise the client regarding the tender returns, appont the contractor and monitor / co-ordinate the works to ensure that time, cost, quality and specification are adhered to. We also undertake advice on the facilities managemen of properties advising clients on the techinical issues and obtaing tenders for planned and reactive maintenence. We are based in Surrey and serve most of the western home counties and London
